Love this IRB Community ! Plan Sea rental is fantastic. Property is well kept and clean. Property management is very responsive to any and all concerns. Could use an upgrade in living space furniture. Our visit was 2 weeks post Milton and we were so impressed with the community clean up and restaurants availability. We are looking to be back in 2025!!

Our stay at this condo was easily our favorite so far in Indian Rocks Beach! It had all the right accommodations, beautiful view, relaxing and overall welcoming.

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations, location or weather! The condo had everything we needed and then some. Nice to have beach chairs available to use. Will definitely consider staying here again. The Seaside Property Shoppe was great to work with!

This condo had a spectacular View and looked exactly like the advertisement. It was very clean and the manager was very responsive to our needs

This was our second time staying at Sea Plan and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo is clean and comfortable with amazing sunset views from the patio. The beach is just steps away, and the pool offers welcome relief from the Florida heat. The condo is well situated for an easy drive to local restaurants and attractions, but also has everything you need to stay in and cook your own meals. Beach chairs and towels are provided as are personal care items like soap, shampoo kitchen, and laundry cleaners. We are so happy to have found this vacation spot and can't wait to visit again next year.

Rented this place for my parents 55th wedding anniversary. They loved being able to sit inside or outside and look out into the beautiful Gulf. I stayed a few days and it was just amazing to see nightly sunsets. They said they will be back. 10 out of 10

This was our second time staying in this unit. The views are spectacular and the pool area is inviting after a long day on the beach. As stated in my previous review, the furniture is in dire need of updating but overall the condo is clean and comfortable and we will surely be back again.

Great sunset views and quick access to the beach right in your backyard. With only 4 units it was always quiet. 2nd time we’ve stayed in this building and plan to again.

We had a nice week at IRB. We’ve been coming to IRB for years, but this is first stay at this property. We liked the idea of a smaller condo and it had its pros and cons. Pros: check in/out was easy, having staff across street was nice, they were very friendly and helpful; Beach front condo with beautiful views of the beach and sunsets; private pool; good location with tons within walking distance. Cons: the pool had limited seating-only 3 loungers for 4 units and 2 were broken. There were other upright chairs that weren’t super comfortable. The pool furniture could use an upgrade; unit 201 was just ok-living room furniture is pretty worn out; condo offered very limited beach supplies: only one beach chair (we ended up buying a second leaving it behind), no umbrella, etc.; very loud at times: could hear occupants above us at all hours, public beach parking right next door made the evenings loud. Overall, we enjoyed our week and this condo would be excellent with a few upgrades.

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful property. We have stayed here twice and just think it's perfect! The condo is always clean and well maintained. You're literally only steps away from the beach. The nightly sunsets can only be described as breathtaking! There are several restaurants in walking distance and even a few shops for buying souvenirs. There are only 4 condos in this unit which makes for no crowds and plenty of room on the beach. If you're looking for a quiet,comfortable, beautiful location, this is definitely it! We're planning our next trip already!!

We rented this condo for a week in Sept 2022. The location is beautiful with direct beach access and awesome sunset views. The area is relatively quiet and within easy walking/driving distance to all amenities. There's a small pool offering additional opportunities to relax and cool off from the hot FL sun. The condo itself was clean and tastefully decorated. It has all the necessary equipment needed for a short or long-term stay. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Beach towels and chairs (2) are provided. Would definitely recommend to friends and plan on renting this unit again in the future.

This is our 4th time staying in this complex and every stay was absolutely perfect. Many memories made here with my husband and 2 children. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else.. we’ve truly found our home away from home.

The condo was in a great location with wonderful views! The furnishings were outdated and need to be replaced. We would still go back again. Very convenient and the pool would definitely be a bonus with warmer weather.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and better than expected. We had one of the best views for the prettiest sunset every night. Also this is a perfectly located place to the beach any many good places to eat.

The unit is Called Sea Plan #201 - I will give my opinion of this unit. I might even rent this unit again.
Here are the positives:
1. Location - The sunset directly in front of the unit. The sunsets from the balcony or beach are just amazing - worth the trip
2. Balcony - Great two High Top Chairs and table and two lower chairs and table - very comfortable
3. Parking - under building - its tight but if you take your time no problem. I parked a SUV no problem. Also public parking beside building
4. Walkable - Restaurants, Shops, and Stores - all walkable - Easy to get ice and beer across the street and any small items you might need.
5. Groceries - I ordered delivery thru Publix IBR and delivered in a timely manner - no issues
6. Beaches - are great and public beach access is next door and makes it easy to take a cart to the beach. We left our cart in the parking area the whole week with no problems.
7. Pool - is small but never had a problem with too many people in the pool. Beach is so easy to use no one used the pool. Pool deck is clean and chairs are fine
8. Rental Service - was nice and hassle free. Very easy to work with.
9. Cleanliness - Room was clean and spacious
10. Kitchen - Great appliances for the beach - nice big refrigerator and nice dishwasher. Cabinet space was limited because of too many extras - I will talk about in negative.
11. Beach Report- we experienced red tide with a lot of dead fish on the beach. The reason this is a positive is the clearwater website will keep you up to
My negatives:
1. Room - The unit is a weird layout - we had to move dining table off the wall to eat dinner then move back - a round table would fix the issue
2. Decorations - The decor is outdated with some pieces worth keeping. The family pictures on the walls are creepy. We had to take them down.
3.Junk - Every Closet and Cabinet just has junk. Need to clean out excess.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Plan Sea! Great location right on the beach. The people at The Seaside were so helpful and responsive. I would definitely book through them again!

The only thing bad was the weather. Worst weather on Christmas in over 20 years. My family and I had a great time anyway.

We spent 2 weeks here in October 2020 and it was amazing. The location was excellent and the condo was great.

Great spot for a quiet family getaway. Loved the location in IRB. Condo was quiet and close to anything you’d need. Normally we need a handicap accessible unit, so I always look for one with an elevator, which this one advertises that it has, but it does not. We didn’t end up needing the elevator this time, so it was not an issue, but if you are looking for a handicap accessible unit or one with an elevator, this will not work. The website also says the pool is heated but it did not seem to be, also a non issue when we went due to the weather, but in the off season, this may be drawback. Otherwise, the unit was wonderful, the staff was very responsive and helpful during booking and check in. We will definitely visit this condo again.

We have rented this condo several years so that it almost seems like home away from home. We appreciate the small building( only 4 units) and the location that is not in the busiest part of the beach but still close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the new upgraded appliances that were sorely needed as the dishwasher and washer were on their way out a year ago. We also enjoy the managements flexibility with our late arrival time and easy late checkout. Only the ants in the kitchen were a problem and in spite of reporting this nothing seemed to happen as with the stairway lighting at night which is evidently on a timer. It didn't turn on until long after dark so managing the steps going out to dinner was a challenge. But small problems in comparison to how much we enjoyed our overall stay. Also nice to have beach towels provided for the first time.

A 2 week holiday for 2 adults. An incredible view from the balcony, undercover parking, fully equipped kitchen that was full of everything you could want and huge comfortable beds. Furnished with a light tropical theme, but only downside were the sofas which were not very comfortable. Would certianly stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

This was a great little condo for our family! Let me start with the location was absolutely perfect, and the cleanliness was supreme!!! The 4 of us fit comfortably and wanted for nothing. We felt right at home and would love to stay in the unit again.

This area is great for young families and couples seeking quiet beaches but infrastructure nearby for off beach time. The condo is well equipped but not new. We like having only 4 units in the building and not being in a huge complex. The master bedroom is very spacious. The bathrooms have not been updated but are in reasonable condition. The kitchen is also spacious with decent appliances although the dishwasher has seen better days. The gulf view is stunning and the new balcony furniture is a great addition.

The condo was nice, had everything we needed, and the location was awesome! The condo was very spacious, well equipped and the view from the balcony was great. The sunsets were fantastic. Originally we were looking to stay in Clearwater but we loved Indian Rocks Beach. It was quiet, centrally located and had plenty of good restaurants.

The pool is tiny, but just enough to cool off in, if you didn't already do that in the beautiful gulf. Wonderful restaurants are just minutes away. Property management is close-by and helpful.

For people that love the beach there is no better experience than to stay in a clean, well decorated and designed place on the beach. From the balcony one could see the beach scene, dolphins, spectacular sunsets, and stars later at night. We took daily walks along the beach and even found some nice shells. It was in easy walking distance to retail stores and places to eat. The pool area was very nice and it included a BBQ Grill. The only slight negative that I can think of is that this rental is next to a public beach access. However, the property is well designed and has attractive/well placed landscaping to keep it very private. Overall, this vacation rental exceeded our expectations and we definitely wouldnt hesitate to refer this vacation rental to someone. We definitely look forward to coming back to this vacation beach property in the near future!

The Seaside Property Shoppe was extremely helpful in all aspects of the rental of this property. We couldnt have gotten better service than from Ruth and Lorri of that rental company. They were thorough and their were no negative surprises in our stay. We will definitely work with them again in the future.
