This Condo. unit had a very Lovely Beach theme and we found it to be very Relaxing, Comfortable and Roomy, The condo. is in a great location and a short walk to the beach.

I love this little complex.

We enjoyed our rental for the last two years. The unit was well maintained and fully equipped.

A lovely condo and very clean and quiet. Every amenity was there. It would be helpful if there were grab bars in each bathroom.

Water View #306 was a gem to stay at. It all all the amenities we could ever think of and more! Very spacious for the 2 of us, very clean along with the pool area, hot tub, and also the dock on the intercoastal. Nice touch with added products for the kitchen and bathrooms such as shampoo, dish soap, etc. Having large tv in living room was great and then also in the master bedroom as well as guest bedroom. It is very well maintained.

The listing indicates newly updated-this condo is very dated, not sure what has been updated. The appliances were basic, ceiling fans did not work, toilet in master bath was filthy and tub stopped up with hair. This condo is not on the water-there is fishing pier but has a building that blocks the water view. Just not as listing described.

Property had everything we needed for a wonderful spring break vacation.

This condo is in a wonderful location...just 150 yards from the gorgeous gulf. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed walks everyday.The condo is nicely decorated. You will need to bring your own beach chairs, but a beach umbrella is provided along with many sand toys for children.We would recommend this condo. The Property Shoppe staff are helpful and we loved working with them.

A very clean and comfortable condo complex, well maintained and inviting pool and hot tub. Condo itself was outfitted with all necessary cooking items, even a crockpot! Good tvs plenty of beach towels and beach toys. Nice communal grill. We had great service from the management team when we called with a minor toilet repair issue:plumber came and fixed it within hours.

The Seaside Property Shoppe staff was great. Great communication before and during our stay. Check-in/out was easy and our expectations were clear. We were very satisfied with our condo, the location, and the beach. The location was great. Easy access to anything we needed. The condo was clean and cozy. We felt it was very up to date. We will definitely be returning!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the patio door did not work. I reported it immediately on arrival and Taylor said someone would come and fix it Monday and nobody showed. It shouldn’t take a 2nd call to get this done. Also most of the towels smelled of cigarettes. Other than those issues, it was wonderful.

We loved everything about stay. The condo was clean, stocked well with dishes, linens, and beach chairs. Perfect place to celebrate Christmas. Location was great for the beach, fishing and restaurants.

Weather was great, all facilities were great, pool and pool were well kept. Local was appropriate for what we wanted to do.

This is a very nice condo located a short walk to the beach (across the street). The property was very clean and well maintained with the pool cleaned every morning. I found it mostly quiet even though relatively full. The pool could get a little noisy when a lot of kids showed, but it was always brief and ended at 10:00 PM each day in accordance with the sign. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The rental office was very efficient on both check in and check out and very pleasant when contacted during my stay.

The property is located just across the street from their private access. Was so nice not to be stacked on top of other people at the beach. The one downside was there wasn't chairs and umbrellas to rent, but it really wasn't a big deal to carry a chair and umbrella to the beach. The condo had chairs and umbrellas available to use. If you wanted some of the hustle of a touristy town, Clearwater was just a short drive.

Apartment is conveniently located within footsteps to the beach. Very well equipped and has everything needed for the stay.

This is a great property and a great location to get around Indian Shores. The unit was clean and well appointed and didn't lack for anything we needed. The view of the intercoastal was better than we expected. The back screen door and the master closet door did stick a bit, but nothing that would deter us rebooking.

We enjoyed a nice winter break at this unit. The heated pool and hot tub were great, since it was a little chilly to swim at the beach. The kitchen and W/D made this so much better than staying in a hotel. Nice little path through the beachfront properties across the road for beach access. There is also a bike/ped lane on the side of the road as well as a trolley which was nice. Overall, we had a nice time and would return.

The building and grounds are well kept. The condo is well stocked; linens,dishes,pots and pans, etc. Good updated furniture.The carpet needs to be replaced or professionally cleaned. Pillows on beds need replacing. Good access to beach within a block. Generally, we were pleased with our stay and would rent again.

Although we were rather shocked on our arrival to be told that the property we had reserved was still under renovation and was not available, we were placed in probably a much nicer property in the same general location without any additional cost to us. SeaSide Properties handled this situation very well.

We stayed in Water View #306 for the third time. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels and beach supplies. It’s in a great location and just a walk over the 2 lane road to the beach. Some of the window treatments need some attention. Overall I recommend Water View #306.

Elevator gives a large jump when reaching each floor.
Bathroom light is dim and makes a loud noise when turning on.(This is the same case for the last 3 rentals of this facility)
Pool not cleaned on weekends.
Teens at pool unattended and jump right in the pool full of sand, someone needs to assist with these issues

This condo is in a great location. It has private access to the beach (just across the street)and it is just steps away from the Waterway. The condo has a private dock on the waterway and my son caught fish every day. The pool and hot tub were maintained well. We will stay here again.

Beautiful property. 2nd row from the intercoastal but still a great view. Easy access to the beach.

Nice place, clean and convenient. Small but quiet, relaxing pool away from the the busy beach. My only complaint is the lack of view and noisy construction. We couldn't even sit on our patio or open windows due to the enormous amounts of dust. Due to new construction there is only a sliver of a view of the intercoastal.

Overall, it was a great experience! The location and the comfort of the unit were the highlights.

Our rental experience was good. The condo was clean and in a great location. The kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. However, the condo was dated. The towels and linens were very old and discolored. When we arrived the garbage disposal didn't work and the washing machine broke. The rental company did send someone out to fix the problem the next morning but it's a pain to deal with that on vacation. Having a kitchen and washing machine was one of the draws to the condo rather than a hotel room. It was in a great location though I thought we were right on the bay and there was a building right in front of us. The online picture doesn't show that you're actually facing another building and their balconies. All in all it what you get for a last minute rental.

We love the beautiful view. The short way to the beach. Everthing is perfect. Come and see Floridas amazing Idian Shores Beach.

This is our 3rd year renting from Seaside ( Imperial) Rentals. The staff is very professional, and accommodating. The condo's are well maintained, and problems are fixed promptly. Thank You for another great Florida Vacaton!
