"A WAVE AWAY" BEACH HOUSE

We loved the home and would definitely stay again. Loved the cleanliness and the close proximity to the beach. It was perfect for our group of five.

Very nice place to stay, property was as expected from the description. We will try to stay at this location the next time we come to the area.

My husband, son and daughter-in-law enjoyed our Spring break at the "Wave Away" beach house. It was very clean as usual, and I do love having the huge garage. We walked to John's Pass several times and enjoyed the many restaurants in the area.

The only suggestions I would give is to update the queen mattress in the 2nd bedroom and possibly the bedframe. The bed is so squeaky that neither person in the bed can move for fear of waking up the other person in the bed. Also, adding a TV to that room would also be recommended.

Finally, the pickup and drop off of the key is very clunky. A code on the door that would activate and open would be much preferred. Although Indian Rock is not far away mileage wise, with traffic it takes a while and after driving a 14+ hour drive, adding that on top of it especially when driving home is very inconvenient.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the amenities this beach house offers and would recommend it to friends and family.

We absolutely loved the house! Had everything we could ask for, from the location to the furnishings. Loved having the huge garage to park vehicles. Enjoyed sitting out on our balcony with a nice little view of the ocean. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and short drive to groceries.

This is our third time renting a Wave Away. We couldn’t be happier. The place comes with everything you need and the bedrooms are spacious. It’s perfect for our family of 5. Close to everything! Sharon and Taylor are great too

The Home was just as pictured. We loved how everything was updated and felt new. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front deck. You can easily walk to the beach or to Johns Pass village for food, shopping and ice cream! This made it very family friendly! We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return again soon!

This is our second stay at A Way Away and it is a great place to stay! The place has everything you need and is so close to the beach and John’s Pass! Sharon and Taylor are super friendly and helpful as well! Can’t wait to come back next year!

The house was everything that you could ask for. Clean,well set up with seating, enough tools too do breakfast lunch or dinner and a working gas grill. It sits across the street from the beach and has plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby to satisfy anyone. The management team were pleasant and helpful. Would stay there again.

This place was perfect. Right across the street from beach, convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. Only thing I would suggest is putting hooks/towel racks in the bathrooms.

This house was great for our family. Loved the easy beach access, and all the restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

This beach house is beautiful it was within walking distance to Johns Pass. The beach house had everything we needed and the rental company stayed in touch for any needs we had. Check in and out was simple. My daughters and two grandchildren loved it, the beach was was just steps away. We will definitely keep this on our favorite list. Give this a try you won’t regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Having the crosswalk out front and the beach across the street was super convenient. Picking up and dropping off the keys was a little bit of a hassle. I would recommend putting mirrors in the bedrooms as not having natural light in the bathrooms made them a bit dark. Overall it was a great week and I would recommend this house.

The rental is great! Has everything one could possibly need and is very updated. Along with the rental being very nice, Sharon and the Seaside Property Shoppe Team are the best. Thanks for all you did and allowing us to enjoy our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. There were 6 adults. The two bedrooms did not have a chest of drawers/dresser. The Other two couples Had to live out of their suitcases all week which was inconvenient. Some type of clothing drawers need to be added either In closet or sleeping room I don’t believe the dishwasher is secured in the slot.

The whole experience was easy as could be. From booking, to getting the keys & unfortunately returning the keys & checking out. The house was perfect for us & 10 yrs ago would have been a perfect place to call home. Right across from the beach on the main road BUT you don't have the partiers & all the traffic you would associate with in other areas. Home was beautiful & clean as one would expect & had everything needed for a week of R&R. Looking forward to coming back again & again.

It was awesome. The house was Right across the street from the beach. The beach chairs cooler and cart made it super easy to go to the beach everyday. The house was open and clean — so yep it was awesome. We were in walking distance to John’s Pass which worked really well.

Everything u need is provided,,cooking supplies,towels,beach,bedding,great locations,beach a very short walk across the street and a short walk five minutes walk to johns pass.will be back!
