Shore Sounds Good

Great location, awesome views, clean property outside, good parking & a convenient semi private elevator. There were lots of towels and other linens. The kitchen appliances were clean and worked just fine, the beds were comfortable & AC worked great. There are 3 TV's but 2 are so small that they are unwatchable. The 2 sets of sliding doors to the beach side are very clunky and a challange to easily open/shut/lock. The balcony is not private, allowing constant visual, vocal & second hand smoking contact with the ajoining unit. This condo has a nice layout but is in need of TLC and a deep cleaning as well as updated living room furniture & removal of faded dusty fake plants. All rental instuctions were clear and easy to follow. The Seaside Property Shoppe was very good to work with.

This was our first time to Indian Rocks Beach and the location of this condo is ideal: close to beach, shops and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool! The condo itself could use a bit of TLC.

We love the location. The condo was clean. Pool is awesome for the kids. Walk to the beach is just steps away. The condo itself was good. The walls are super thin. We stay on the first floor and we could hear toilets flushing, showers running, people walking. During the day is fine but after 10pm it can get tiring. Me and my husband are light sleepers, so we were exhausted by the end of the trip. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows. Enough pots and pans to cook. We would book again but stay on the top floor this time lol.

This condo is in a great location with views of the gulf & the inter coastal.

Have been renting condos at West Coast Vista for over 15 years and this unit is our favorite. Perfect location, great access to beach, pool, and parking is SO convenient! Add to that the owner continues to upgrade the condo to keep things up to date. Since our last visit the bedding was all updated, a new microwave was installed, and the door to the stairwell was replaced. Add to the owner's attention to detail, the awesome, super responsive rental agency, the Seaside Property Shoppe, and this condo is a dream come true.

This is the 5th year staying at Shore Sounds Good. We love this place Lots of different restaurants to walk to. CVS right down the street & a Publix & a Walmart market a short drive.
The location of West Coast Vista is great. Two great decks, one facing the intracoastal for beautiful sunrises & one overlooking the Gulf for sunsets...the best of both worlds.

Very nice location and property

Overall vacation experience was good as the location of the unit is close to the beach and close to restaurants and shoping. The unit needs more care as there was a few issues I notified the management about. The unit was clean when we arrived. The unit also looks like it had an attempt at a renovation, but was poorly done.

This was our 5th stay in this unit (once before Seaside Real Estate Store managed it.) We LOVE it! Seaside Real Estate Store is great to work through. They really care about making sure renters are comfortable. Taylor is always SO responsive if there are any questions or concerns. West Coast Vista is just our favorite condo building. We first stayed at WCV in 2006 and have returned as often as we have been able. The building is older, but well cared for overall. We love the amenities that it has which are rarely seen in a smaller complex. The "to your door" elevator was great years ago when I stayed with young kids, and now is a winner for my 86 year old mom. We are are already looking forward to coming back in the fall.

We enjoyed our stay at Shore sounds Good. The pool is small but perfect for our family. We loved the location and proximity to the beach.
When we return we hope to see the deck door repaired and the kitchen a bit cleaner.

This condo has for some time been a favorite for trips my mom and I make to IRB to visit my sister. With both Gulfside and intercoastal balconies the opportunities to sit out and enjoy the view are numerous. To be in such a small, quiet complex and still have a pool and an elevator are also awesome additions. The condo is so convenient, always clean, and Sharon and Taylor at Seaside Property Shoppe are SO attentive to any needs that might arise. We hope to return regularly!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the deck right outside your door. Morning coffee on the other deck watching the sunrise.

Have stayed in this unit several times and it is wonderful!
Love the location. Very easy walk to several restaurants & CVS.
Only complaint is the queen bed in 2nd bedroom, very soft & worn out.
Rental company is very easy to contact & work with. Sharon & Taylor are the best!!!

The ice maker is still not working. And I do believe it could have been cleaner.

The condo was in a great location in IRB. Easy 1/4 mile walk to town. While on the first floor overlooking pool it was still quiet. Residents are very mindful of others. Overall condition was good, could have used a mop to clean tile floors but everything was in working order and comfortable. Always a challenge to keep floors clean so close to the beach. Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and kid toys. Would stay here again if available.

Have stayed in this condo several times. Great place! Exactly as pictured. The queen bed in second bedroom needs to be replaced, just old & wornout.

My contact with the rental was very nice and helpful. The condo was ok cleaned and when I stripped the master bed there were urine stains on the cover of the bed. If I had known about the stains I would have asked for new bedding. The unit needs to be cleaned better.

Beautiful place! It included everything we needed for the beach and in the kitchen. The units gulf facing deck is right near the pool gate and often times there were children in the pool. We prefer having our feet in the sand so that was not a problem. The location/area is wonderful. We will be back!

Beautiful inside and out, east & west facing decks...sunrise overlooking the canal & ocean sunsets...perfect! Clean & well furnished...nice pool & only a few steps to the softest beach around. Enjoyed every minute!

We stayed at this condo the week after Xmas with another couple for a birthday vacation. Perfect layout with bedrooms on either side of unit so everyone had privacy. Kitchen was well equipped and views from both balconies were awesome. Heated pool was nice and just steps from the beach. Will definitely return here next year.

Have stayed multiple times at West Coast Vista. It is by FAR my favorite place in IRB. The building is just the right size and the condo units with both east and west balconies are to die for with sunrise and sunsets to enjoy each day! This was my second stay in the "Shore Sounds Good" Unit (the first after it received updating.) The updates and decor changes made it even better than before. The Seaside Property Shoppe did an awesome and were helpful with every contact as we navigated a reschedule due to Covid19. Sharon was super attentive and very professional. Check in and check out were convenient and easy.

This unit was clean, bright and In a perfect location. It was well stocked with plates and glasses but could use one or two pans in the kitchen.

We had a great time and really enjoyed this condo. You cannot beat the location, views, and beach. Nice pool and lounge area around the pool. Plenty of parking for our guests that stopped by. Very convenient with short drives to restaurants and stores. This property was unique to most condos in that it had two different balconies. One facing the Gulf and the other facing the Intercoastal. Both balconies were nice sized and you could sit comfortably and not feel crowded.

My only minor complaint is that the complex needs an updated grill. The one there was old, but it still worked o.k.

I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

We had a very nice week at our rental.

We know West Coast Vista in Indian Rocks well, and this just refurbished condo was a great choice for us. Tastefully decorated and furnished, and easy access on first floor. Having two balconies with two views (gulf and intercoastal) makes these units some of the best around - and you are right on the beach. Highly recommended - perfect for one or two couples or a family who like two separate 'spaces' to co-exist in!
