The condo and location were great. Mother nature cooperated and the sun and sand and water were perfect.

Everything was great and nice. Probably a couple of upgrades to a nice vanity instead of outdated sinks and king beds to replace the queen beds would give it a big wow especially that the property has been well invested in.

Nice place to stay right on the beach.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Indian Rocks Beach. The Marquise was a large and spacious condo directly on the beach. Clean,comfortable, easy check-in, and located near many restaurants.

Great location. 2 balconies. Super clean. Well stocked kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans and small appliances you would ever need while staying. 2 nd floor so there are some steps as there is no elevator.

Loved the place. Right where we want to be. Bigger than I thought.

The unit we stayed in at Marquise was excellent!... everything you needed all kitchen essentials extra towels beach towels and any beach accessories you could possibly need!... we loved it!... the location is A+ also many restaurants in walking distance and trolley stop in front of unit!

The condo was in an older building that was in good condition. The landscaping around the building needed a little work, nothing serious. Overall it was a nice place to stay. The condo was well kept up and clean with a very nice beach vibe décor. The beach was just a few steps away.

We had a fabulous time with our family for the Fourth of July week. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you needed. Especially downstairs closet with all beach chairs,umbrellas etc. The location was awesome. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and shops. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Wish we could be there every single week! This place has everything. It's also quiet, and clean. Highly recommend! We keep coming back.

Condo 201 was the perfect place for a great beach vacation. The condo was very comfortable and was in steps of the beach.

Great stay at a great place. Very clean, beach is beautiful. Even saw a manitee. Would stay again. Bring your strong teens to carry the suitcases up the stairs as their is no elevator. But was overall excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at IRB! This unit was like staying at a friend's beach condo who left all of their favorite things for you to enjoy. Fully stocked beach equipment, beach towels, card games, magazines, and even seasonings in the kitchen. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Just gather the family and start making the memories. IRB is our new favorite low key beach in April. This condo is steps from the ocean and a little stroll to the restaurants, ice cream shop, or souvenir shop. One thing to consider, it's a two story walk up so you'll definitely get some exercise. The property manager was very helpful and check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend.

We loved the location, steps away from the beach. The condo was beautiful, the storage closet was packed with all of the beach essentials (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, bocce ball etc) and we really enjoyed the two balconies, one with the ocean view, the other facing the inter coastal. And Taylor was very helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions about the property.

Great condo to rent for a week. It was very close to many restaurants and had a beautiful beach. It provided beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was clean and attractive.

Perfect location, everything was clean, spacious and a great value for our money. Right on the beach and within walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and shops. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Nice property. Very clean. The location was not as stated. NOT in walking distance of really anything and that’s a big deal to us!! If you like to walk a long ways to somewhere than it’s ok but everything was more than 4 blocks at least. Kitchen well stocked. Beds were HORRIBLE!! The master bed was very hard and I hurt all week. The second bed was just ok. Everything else was good. The view to the ocean was better than it looked online.

I would like to start by saying this was the first time I have booked vacation online and it was about as easy as I think it could have been. The staff I spoke to were always helpful and very nice. When we arrived at the property we found it very clean and very nice inside and out. The property is very close to the beach and had everything we could have asked for. My whole family was pleased with the experience and we all had a great trip.

Clean, perfectly located and easy beach access. Only downside is no elevator but I would still return. Condo was WELL stocked with kitchen amenities. Didn't have to worry about much other than our main groceries. Bed was comfortable, space was quiet. Plenty of beach accessories in the storage closet, we were pleased.

Large unit nicely furnished. Perfect location for discovering beaches north and south. Kitchen very nicely equipped.
If you are handicapped, this unit is not for you. No elevator. Trudging up and down those steps was a horrible experience for my husband who recently had knee surgery. There is no pool. Interior rugs are not anchored with rug grips and we had to remove them to keep from slipping. We did enjoy our stay, but would not stay there again unless an elevator is installed.

This property is right on the gulf! It is super convenient and there is restaurants nearby. The condo was nice, clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location!! Being a senior citizen, I was surprised there was not an elevator. I recommend this condo if you dont have any disabilities or trouble walking. The condo itself was very nice.
We enjoyed the restaurants across the street, many to choose from.

Our first big trip was awesome as my children said, we loved everything, we talk about it almost every day and how we will go back and rserv with the seaside property Shoppe. One thing that I think should be a great ad on to this wonderful place would be a BBQ access for all residences. Thanks again the seaside.
