"Isle Always Love View"

Our vacation rental was very stocked. It was a peaceful rental.

We had a great time!Condo was ver clean and had everything we needed!Love he location.

We had a great time! We loved where the property is located. Lots of shopping, restaurants etc around. A quick walk to the beach. The property is definitely older than the pictures suggest but it was still very nice! We loved how it was right near the pool too! Property management has great communication.

This condo was in an excellent location. We got to see dolphins swimming in the inter coastal waterways, as well as manatees. Across the street was the beach. The condo provided beach chairs and a beach cart, which was great so we didn’t have to pack it all from home. The condo was an excellent size for our family of 6, very spacious. I would highly recommend this condo.

The kitchen had everything we could have expected and things were in great condition. The one thing we missed having was a grill. The property didn't have one nor were there community grills. I'd suggest if that's important to anyone you could bring a tailgate grill and just roll it out of the garage when you want to use it. That's what we did and it was fine. Just another item to think about how to pack.

Perfect location in a bright and spacious home. We watched the dolphins while enjoying morning coffee on the balcony — and then loaded the super lightweight beach buggy to take the provided chairs, umbrella and cooler to the sand, just a few minutes’ walk. Restaurants and quick shops are walkable too. Property management was very responsive! Highly recommend!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this condo and we love it. They just updated the furniture and the views are awesome. The only negatives are the stairs up and down all day and the pool heater was not working again, that’s 2 yrs in a row. The temperature was 70, a little chilly. Overall we really like this condo.

Beautiful home and area!

We wanted to get away for a week at the beach. The stay was wonderful. The corner townehouse was a fantastic location with exceptional intercoastal views from both the second and third floor balconies. The walk to the beach was just three minutes from door to sitting in our beach chairs. The townehome had all of the ameneties - from dish and cookware to beach equipment. The home was super clean. We will be back in the future for sure.

Great location! Close walk to beach -places to eat-and trolley to venture out! Pics were accurate! Plenty of space And wonderful views from balcony! Lots of beach toys. Property Management was kind to offer us a ride to the property since we didn’t realize it was over 4 miles out! She went above and beyond for my family.

This spot was absolutely perfect! A view of the canal from the living made for great bird watching when the tide was down. The pool was so relaxing and peaceful. Everything was very well maintained. The extras in the garage was so helpful for beach days. Everyone was so nice. No loud neighbors. Very peaceful. Did not want to leave!!!

We rented this condo for one month and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is definitely the best unit of this complex because it’s on the very end with lots of windows and right next to the pool. Each bedroom has its own bath plus an extra half bath on the middle floor furniture it was nice and well kept. We rented in January the pool was a little chilly but a nice place to hang out. Only downside was cool pool and a lot of stairs to go up and down. I highly recommend this property and we will rent it again next year.

We travelled down on Christmas Day and stayed until New Years Day in Bayview Villas 101. It was our first time visiting Indian Rocks/Shores as well as our first time staying somewhere that wasn’t ocean front. When we arrived our check in was effortless thanks to The Seaside Property Shoppe contacting us earlier in the week with easy to understand checkin instructions. Once we arrived on Christmas we found our beautifully decorated and very clean condo even had a decorated Christmas tree. The view from the multi-window living room provided direct views of the intercostal waterway quickly made us forget about not being ocean front as we watched dozens of boats go in and out each day. The condo was quiet with what seemed to be a number of permanent residents who were all very friendly. The walk to the beach took about as long as it would take to wait for an elevator if staying in a high rise condo. And the owners had chairs and a beach cart ready in their first level garage for us to use. The price for the condo was very reasonable and we will definitely be back. The only drawbacks to the condo, is if you have trouble climbing steps (because there is 3 levels) and being next to the pool (may be a little noisy during the summer).

The vacation rental was just as described, but there were a few problems, they have an ant problem, there were ants on our bed, night light desk and nook area. They need to recheck the place after they said it has been cleaned. Garbage under the bed and underneath the sofa bed and black mold in shower stall, the pool was not circulating properly. Was finally corrected on the 5th day we were there. Other than that great spot.

I like that the unit was close to the pool and away from busy Gulf Blvd.
I would advise the owners to invest in new furniture. All the couches and chairs were in poor condition. Overall it was a decent stay.

Enjoyed this townhouse on the bay side. Its the best one at Bayview. Able to see lots of wildlife from the balcony. The owner has everything you need. Anything I didn't bring she had. The walk to the beach is about 7 minutes. We usually stay beach side but decided to try this one when we saw it. The only thing I didn't like was walking back from the beach to go to the bathroom. Other than
that it was perfect and we had an awesome vacation.

We had a great time! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We watched dolphins every morning out the windows. Walking distance to the beach and a pool right out the door. We would come back!

Our working with Sharon at The Seaside Property Shoppe was a pleasurable experience. Sharon was very helpful in making sure our reservation was completed during the difficult times with the covid-19 issues. w were very pleased to do our communicationg with her.

Always wonderful to be back. My parents once owned property in the same complex and we loved it and would not think of staying or going anywhere back next year or sooner if I could help it.

We were very pleased with the unit and amenities. The unit was in the best location of the complex with views overlooking the waterway and pool. We would most definitely stay again. It was also only a 3 minute walk to the beach.

It matches the pictures. Everything was clean. Kitchen is loaded with supplies. We loved the windows in the shower overlooking the pool and the water.

View was nice. We saw dolphins swim by along with various birds fishing.

It was very nice to be able to wheel the beach cart right into the garage. Which also was loaded with beach toys and equipment. They even have a air pump that plugs into the wall. Life saver.

We will definitely strive to stay here again and again.

We booked this trip last minute, and what a great place it turned out to be. The view of the intercoastal waterway from the living room was amazing. That extra space and windows made the room feel huge and spacious. The kitchen had all the items we needed to cook a meal, prepare foods, and make beach drinks! The bedrooms are spacious and the master has a great shower and large balcony as well. Downstairs is the garage which is where the laundry is located. We loved coming home with a suitcase of clean clothes, not dirty ones. Although you cant park in the garage, there is still lots of space to leave your beach items. Bonus-4 beach chairs were there for our use as well as a large beach buggy, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool noodles, and other items. We will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Thankfully we had the opportunity to visit this location!
Although we had very cool and windy weather we made the most of our time ...
It’s a great space and I’m sure would have been even more fun had the weather been above 60* so that we could have met more folks around the pool
We all agreed we’d love to come back again !

Overall we had a great experience at the Bayview Villas. The unit is located at the end of the building giving it a great view.

We loved the townhome and it felt like home. Perfect location and the beach was not crowded at all. We definitely plan on coming back.

It was wonderful, I have stayed at Bayview many times in fact my parents owned a comdo there. Unit 101 was super I loved that it was an end unit overlooking the intercoastal, look forward to renting it again next year.

It was a very nice stay. We rented another condo there and enjoyed this one the best. everything we needed was their. The only complaint was the air didn't work that great. We reported it and no one called us back. I would like to rent this again in the future..

sitting on the decks were great having coffee and watching the wild life and boats going up down the intercoastal . the kitchen had everything we needed good pots and pans to cook with. the property was as show on web site clean .great location to all the restaurants. I would stay at this property again.

Condo in tip top shape. Everything worked . Very comfortable stay

Gulf of Mexico access right across the street for beach lovers. I loved this view much more due to the variety of birds during low tide and the boat activity.
